Just tried the Volinga beta in an Archviz project for a house extension, scanning the real garden and integrating it as a Nerf in the scene. This is quite fantastic.

Wow the VisionOS SDK Simulator is super good, there is a hot reload feature as well as a fully fledged simulator with fully working apps such as safari, reminders, maps, and others.
Immersed, fully immersed modes, and shared spaces are also available.
