Key Takeaways

  • Contextual Video Analysis: Imaginario AI provides a shift from traditional tag-based search to a more nuanced, context-aware approach. Utilizing multimodal AI, the platform interprets dialogues, visuals, and sounds, offering a more human-like understanding of content. This advancement aids in more precise curation and transformation of video content, catering to nuanced demands of content creators and marketers.

  • Content Repurposing and Customization: The platform enables efficient repurposing of content, tailoring long-form videos into digestible, platform-specific pieces. It emphasizes the significance of not just resizing but reconceptualizing content to suit different mediums and audiences.

  • What Skills & Roles Need to Level Up in the AI Era: With AI's integration into various roles, there's a clear need for professionals in video production to adapt and upgrade their skills. High-end craft editing will have a place, but cookie-cutter editing will be the first to get replaced by AI.

  • Predictions for 2024: Jose anticipates smaller, task-focused AI models dominating the landscape, enhancing efficiency without compromising on quality. The role of creatives is expected to evolve, emphasizing sophisticated content creation and editing skills. And at the end of the day, it’s all about storytelling.

  • Creating Synthetic Media and Trend-based Clips: Imaginario AI is also looking into the future of synthetic media, discussing the potential of generating new content from existing media libraries. This technology could enable the creation of entirely new video elements or adjustments to existing footage.
Additionally, the platform aims to address the rapid content demands of platforms like TikTok by enabling the creation of short clips based on trending topics, facilitating timely and relevant content production.

Key Quotes

You are pushing back because you believe in artistry. Great. There's still space for high-end content. But embracing AI, I think it's a matter also of survival for many creatives rather than an option. And if they're not doing this, I don't think they're gonna do well in the future personally.

However, I believe that storytelling curation and curation overall. And human ingenuity and creativity is still here. And if anything, AI learned from us, we can also learn from them from these agents.

And these sort of models just work in tandem to be more productive, create more content and better content, higher quality content for a lower cost.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I'm not sure why people get scared about AI, taking away their jobs when, in actual fact, you should be able to do more with less.

Models are gonna get smaller, smarter, and more focused on specific tasks. The focus is gonna be also more on synthetic data, but also on being able to curate data and data that has educational value, that has content quality, that can, for instance, understand common sense reasoning.

Most people just want common sense reasoning that understand general knowledge including science, daily activities, or theory of the mind.

Text-to-video generation is getting better and better. And if anything, it's gonna become also cheaper to create.

So if you can mimic or recreate customer's data to then train your models,  that, at some point, will become cheaper than licensing that data set from others.

We wanna head towards that.
